Is this the same quality as a GP-ordered test?
Exactly the same. ClearLabs uses the same NATA-accredited laboratories that process GP and hospital requests. The quality, methodology, and reference ranges are identical. You're simply ordering them directly.
How do I get my blood drawn?
After ordering, you'll receive a pathology request form. Visit any of our 2,000+ NATA-accredited Healius collection centres across Australia — no appointment needed at most locations. Walk in, hand over your form, and you're done in minutes.
How quickly will I get my results?
Most results are ready within 24–48 hours of your blood collection. You'll receive a notification when they're available and can view them digitally at any time. Some specialised tests may take slightly longer.
Will my results be easy to understand?
Yes — that's the point. Your results include reference ranges, plain-language explanations, and flagging of anything outside normal range. You'll understand what your results actually mean, not just the numbers. For anything significant, we recommend following up with your GP or a relevant specialist.
Can I share my results with my doctor?
Absolutely. Your results come as a standard pathology report that any GP, specialist, or allied health practitioner can read. Many ClearLabs customers use their results as a starting point for more targeted conversations with their healthcare team.
